2nd Place!

Very excited! Won 2nd place in the Criss Museum Of Contemporary Art's 9/11 memorial competition with this piece! It's an interactive sculpture, when you click it you become a part of the piece as an angel ascending to heaven. It's one of my favorite works, and I was very flattered to have it chosen as a winner. There were so many wondrous art pieces entered into this event! The pain, introspection and even the spirituality of the artists wove through the pieces, filling you with regret and hope at the same time, even though years have passed, time hasn't faded the strong feelings, nor should they.
It was an honor to be a part of this contest and an event I will long remember!

And The Beat Goes On!

Construction continues at George 5 which has been renamed Av Champs lysees. But some of us got our new facades yesterday and they are not have bad! (See the pic above) In the park I will be moving the Gene Shaw Museum to the front of the land and Saint George Park will than be behind the building. They extreme changes have gotten me a little miffed as they end up costing me hours of time to reestablish landmarks and all the advertising I've created in the past, but I'm still optimistic that these changes will bring more visitors to our little sim and will be beneficial in the long run.
